```The Ex Faces Hartford reviews
VendorDishonesty/Staffing/Inventory/Selection
We met up with friends and family on the 300 level. Vendors on the 300 level had insufficient staffing. Ill prepared vendors did not have popular food items fresh and plated during halftime rush. At all three vendors, we spent all halftime and 13 minutes of the 3rd quarter waiting in line after splitting up to order different menu items. Witnessed numerous customers coming back with wrong menu items and poorly prepared items. Service confusion due to insufficient staffing and lack of vendor management on site, especially at "LOUD & PROUD". The Ex Faces fans and stadium enjoy a reputation of being the loudest, but sometimes the volume is uncomfortable. Numerous vendors were out of stock of key food items and Brands of Beverage. They took our money, brought us half our order, ran out of the other half, and asked us to step to one side until the other half was served up. Then they ignored us and told us they served us what we paid for and to leave. None of the vendors sold green & blue ear plugs.
